How much I have grown through this activity

It has been more than 4 months since the inauguration of the Information Room. From time to time, I still receive messages from Mr. Bay about the Information Room, about tourists starting to pay more attention to the images, contents and models that we have installed at the hotel. there.

The positivity and value that the Information Department brings makes me more proud of this project, and also grateful that I myself have grown a lot in the process of doing the project.

Right from the time of choosing the topic, it took Phu Minh and Viet Khoi a lot of time to discuss. It is undeniable that all three are people with big egos, everyone has their own choices and plans for the topic content. At one point, the disagreements about ideas made the team almost give up working together. However, when we calmed down and started to have frank conversations with each other, the three of us listened better and lowered our egos. I also convinced Phu Minh and Viet Khoi about the idea of this Information Room, the benefits to the community, the feasibility as well as the long-term maintenance of the project. And that is learning first, listening and understanding.

During the implementation and construction of the project, difficulties and problems arise much more than we anticipated. The first must mention the balance between learning and project development. It’s not my first time doing a project, but it’s my first time doing a project this big, both in terms of scale and geographical distance. Arranging schoolwork to have time to continue researching and building project content, as well as Minh and Khoi, was really a memorable time for me. There are also days to follow the brothers and sisters of the University of Industrial Fine Arts to draw 3D each fish model, design photo frames and content for the Information Room, and the days of flying to Can Tho to survey and design… Although it’s really hard, now if possible, I still want to continue to do more.

There are many more things in the process of building the Information Room, but it’s too long to say, and I don’t know how to describe it, because of many “No Name” feelings. But those are all precious experiences that I have, and I appreciate every little thing.
