Project: The treehouse of book
You see, I went to a primary school in Vinh Phuc province, which seemed to look pretty gorgeous. However, there is a gigantic problem that had not been resolved: there was barely anyone who visited the library.
At the first glance, the library itself probably was heavily funded, as the facilities were extremely amazing. We could tell effortlessly that students should have been attracted by the high-end computers as well as many other interesting books. Despite that, due to the fact that the room was quite cramped, it soon became unattractive and less used. To encourage children to read books, I planned a project to revamp the library.

Economically, it would be impossible for me at that time to afford all the resources and hire employees. That was when my mom helped me out. With her economic capability, she funded me with my project, giving me the ability to expand my plan even further. By hiring myself some workers and a 3D artist, who helped me with developing my ideas, the treehouse was finished right before the deadline.

On the first day, the tree towers were opened, the students were extremely interested and some of them even climbed up to the tree towers without being told to do that. As the representative of the project, I had to organise the kids so the inauguration could be started. We started with some fun activities such as answering questions from fairy tales, building creative designs with chairs, and playing musical chairs. All the winners would receive a prize like candies and snacks, which highly motivated the children. Not only the children were more motivated to read more books, they also were able to develop their creative mindset as well as their teamwork capability.

Overall, my team and I found this charity event remarkably meaningful for the children, as we were able to raise their awareness of the positive effects of reading books. Furthermore, we also helped children from other schools in the region to access the library with a more creative and joyful environment. I also personally developed my ability to socialise with strangers, which was difficult for me in the past.
